Are your essential oils natural?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in original packaging.
Can I return opened products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened essential oils or used candles.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are your products safe for pets?
